Sale time: 8:30 a.m. -16:30 p.m. from Sep 24, 2021 to Oct 15 2021(except holidays and not for sale after the deadline)

Location: Business Department of Tianjin Branch of Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd(Room D-177, 2nd floor, west of T2 terminal, Tianjin Airport)

Relevant qualification materials must be taken when purchasing investment promotion documents

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate（ The registration time of the business license shall not be later than Sep 1, 2019 (including), and the registered capital shall be more than 1 million yuan (including). If the business license has three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide the organization code certificate or tax registration certificate).

2.Proof of rights and interests: certificate of trademark registration, certificate of trademark authorization and certificate of brand authorization shall be provided; Those who hold the exclusive right of brand or regional operation shall provide corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents (If they are not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided).

3. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city and the letter of credit commitment (see Annex for details).

4.If respondents submit the bid section 1 gold, the bid section 2&5 craft gifts, the bid section 3 medicines and health supplements&alcohol, the bid section 4 experience class, the bid section 6 digital appliances, the bid section 7 clothing&jewelry and ornaments, the bid section 8 daily necessities, the responding brand has opened more than 5 (inclusive) stores in first-tier cities (including new first-tier cities), provincial capital cities, and cities specifically designated in the state plan.

The respondent submits that the food in the section 2&5 is food other than local specialties. Food response brands have opened more than 5 (including) well-known shopping malls in first-tier cities (including new first-tier cities), provincial capital cities, and cities specifically designated in the state plan in China. An example of a well-known shopping mall is Joy City.

The respondent to bid section 9 shall be the brand Party of the responding brand (including the subsidiary companies of the brand party and the affiliated companies of the brand party), Supporting materials of the supplied brand shall be provided that have opened more than 5 (including) well-known shopping malls in first-tier cities (including new first-tier cities)

The proof of shop opening experience is the contract signed by the submitted brand (also can be the bid-winning notice) or the photo of the shop with detailed address of the submitted brand;

The supporting documents of the brand Party's subsidiaries or affiliated companies include but are not limited to the articles of association, screenshots of the national enterprise credit information publicity system or other supporting documents.
