To facilitate passengers, Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”) offers cash coupons with face values of RMB30, RMB50, RMB100 and RMB200 to allow passengers to fully make use of their kilometers. Merely by logging in PhoenixMiles e-shop, entering the “Kilometers Redemption” page, clicking “Airport Redemption” button, and selecting “BCIA Retail Cash Coupons” option, an Air China member can redeem his/her kilometers for e-cash coupons, which will be sent to his/her mobile in the form of digital consumption codes via a short message. When shopping in a store, he/she only has to show the digital consumption codes that his/her mobile received from a short message. In particular, after a transaction is completed, his/her mobile will receive another short message informing him/her that the transaction is completed successfully, facilitating him/her to check and verify the transaction. If he/she is not satisfied with the goods purchased, subject to compliance with return policies, new cash coupons will be automatically sent to his/her mobile after he/she returns the goods.
