Notice of the 2016 Promotion Program for Leasing Part of the Commercial and Retail Properties of Nanchang Changbei International Airport
Built in 2011, Terminal 2 of Nanchang Changbei International Airport is located in the northern suburb of Nanchang, 20 kilometers away from down town. As a 4E international airport, the airport boasts runways of 3,400 meters and is the biggest civil airport in Jiangxi Province. The airport traffic hit 7.48 million passengers in 2015 and is expected to reach 7.90 million passengers in 2016. The commercial and retail properties for lease under the 2016 promotion program consist of eight independent stores with a total area of 443.29 square meters. According to the plan of the program, the properties publicly available for lease are divided into six sections in two projects, and cover a big variety of product categories, including books, audio/video products, handwritings, paintings, stationaries, electronic products (mobiles excluded), apparel, accessories, suitcases, bags, leather products, jewelry, healthcare products, mobiles, telecommunication products, non-porcelain handicrafts, non-local foods, foods excluding braised ducks and beverages excluding teas.
Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”) and Jiangxi Airport Group Co., Ltd. hereby publicly offer to lease the above-mentioned commercial properties in Terminal 2 of Nanchang Changbei International Airport, and sincerely invite interested companies to participate in the bid.
Requirements to bidders:
(I) A bidder shall be an enterprise legally registered in the mainland of the People’s Republic of China, the registration date of whose business license shall not be later than April 1, 2014. Besides, a bidder shall also have the business experience in and good performance of the product category or categories for which it bids, and a record of at least two years of continuous operation of the same kind of business and lawful tax payment.
(II) The registered capital of the bidder shall reach at least RMB 1 million.
(III) The bidder shall comply with laws, maintain its integrity and be creditable: Over its previous operations, there shall not be any record that it had ever obtained any right of operation through any unfair competition measure, such as commercial bribery; the bidder shall have good bank credits, and no bad loan records; the bidder shall have good records of paying taxes according to the law and no records of impairing employees’ rights or interests; and the bidder shall not have given up any successful bid in any previous bidding program for terminal properties of Nanchang Changbei International Airport.
(IV) In the event that any bidder had or has any records of having signed any contract with Jiangxi Branch of ACT, its operation during the contract period shall meet the performance assessment requirements of the bid inviter, while it shall not have any record of bad debts, have received any major valid complaint, have brought any negative impact on Nanchang Changbei International Airport or Jiangxi Branch of ACT, or have terminated any contract before it expires.
(V) The leasees that have signed a contract over the books and audio/video products category under the 2014 Promotion Program for Leasing Phase I Properties of Terminal 2 of Nanchang Changbei International Airport shall not participate in the bid for the books and audio/video products category under this program.

Note: If you are interested in participating in the bid, please kindly bring your business license, organizational code certificate, tax registration certificates, competent permits and certificates of related industries, legal person’s identity document, power of attorney of the legal person, trademark registration certificate(s), proof showing that the use of the trademark(s) is duly authorized or that the bidder is authorized to use the brand(s) (as an agent). If the bidder is not directly authorized by the brand owner, photocopies of multiple-level authorization documents duly affixed with respective common seals, which shall allow us to trace back to the brand owner, shall be provided.
