Merchants who wish to purchase the investment documents for this retail store must provide copies of the following qualification certificates stamped with official seals:

1. Business license, relevant industry permits, and qualification certificates (if any). (The registration time of the business license shall not be later than February 1, 2023, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan or more.) |

Proof of Equity: Trademark registration certificate or trademark authorization certificate, brand authorization certificate must be provided; For those who hold exclusive brand management rights or regional exclusive management rights, corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents should be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided). |
3. The response brands for bid sections one, three, and four must provide proof of a total of three or more stores in domestic super large cities, super large cities, other provincial capital cities, and planned cities, as recently released by the National Bureau of Statistics. The proof of store experience materials are: a contract signed by the bidding brand (which can also be a bid notification letter) or a photo of the storefront with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand. |
