The merchants who want topurchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must providethe following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:
1. Business (production) qualificationcertificate:
business license, relevant industry license(business license with special national regulatory requirements, such aspublication business license, food business license, drug business license,etc.), and qualification certificate.
The registration time of the business licenseof the bidding brand in each bid section shall not be later than Sep 30, 2019(inclusive). The registered capital of the business license of bid section 1shall be more than as half a million yuan (including); The registered capitalof business license of bid section 2, 3 and 4 shall be more than 1 million yuan(including).
2. Proof of interest:
Trademark registration certificate, brandauthorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand. If it is notdirectly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documentstraceable to the brand party shall be provided. If the above materials are inforeign languages, a Chinese translation shall also be provided.
Those who hold the exclusive right or theregional operation of brand shall provide corresponding legal protectiondocuments or authorization documents.
For an international brand, in addition toproviding a legal trademark registration certificate in Mainland China(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), a trademark registration certificatefor international brands legally registered outside of Mainland China(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must be also provided. If theinternational brand is a trademark registered among the member countries ofMadrid League (Madrid trademarks), there is no need to provide a trademarkregistration certificate in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao andTaiwan).
3.Supporting materials of store opening experience provided by the respondent foreach bid section:
The contract (or the letter of acceptance)signed by the bidding brand or the photo of the store with detailed address attachedby the bidding brand.
4.Other requirements:
Up to Sep 31, 2021 (inclusive), there is noillegal record, no trademark infringement, no false advertising and no unfaircompetition in business activities in the three years. There are good bankreputation and no bad loan record. There are good records of paying taxes andsocial security funds in accordance with the law. There is no bad record ofviolating state regulations and damaging the rights and interests of employees.
Store opening experience requirements:
Bid section 1: convenience Store (vending machine) The total number ofequipment placed in urban areas or airports in China by the responding brand ismore than 10 (inclusive); Bid section 2,3 and 4, the total number of the brandthat has opened stores in urban areas or airports in China is more than 1(inclusive).If the replybrand in bid section 2 includes meat filling products, the certificate oftime-honored brands must be provided; Meat filling products are not allowed inthe response brands in bid section 3 and 4.
Remarks: Up to Sep 31, 2021 (inclusive), and including, ifthe merchants have signed a contract with Harbin branch of Beijing CapitalAirport Trading Co., Ltd. In the three years, the investment report shall meetthe following requirements at the same time: (1) During the contract signingperiod, the operation behavior shall meet the management evaluationrequirements of the franchiser. (2) There is no negative impact on thereputation of Harbin airport due to the operation behavior. (3) There is noserious violation of the lease contract.
