The sales period for investment documents is from January 24, 2025 (Friday) to February 19, 2025 (Wednesday), from 9:00 am to 11:30 am; From 14:00 to 16:30 in the afternoon (excluding holidays, no sales after the deadline), please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal according to the designated method of the investment person.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) [provide credit reports queried from the website no earlier than the month of the investment announcement release].
2. Proof of Equity:
The trademark registration certificate of the brand (if it is an international registered trademark, a trademark registration certificate can be provided) and the brand authorization certificate or brand support letter. If it is not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The evidence of store opening experience provided by the respondent for the bidding section must be based on the key pages of the contract signed by the store under the bidding brand that is currently in operation (which must reflect the bidding brand, contract period, and signing page), or the winning bid notice, or a photo of the store with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand (which must be a store under operation). If the respondent bids for multiple brands, proof of store opening experience for each bidding brand must be provided.
