To further improve service quality and allow passengers to have pleasant shopping experience, Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”) set up a “Maximum RMB 10 Section” in each newly-established VANGO and Hi-24 convenience store. By now, ACT’s 20 mainstream convenience stores have fully completed the establishment of the section, integrating their services with their airport supporting functions.

After on-site investigations and communications over the previous period, a total of 11 VANGO and Hi-24convenience stores set up a “Maximum RMB 10 Section”. ACT redesigned the signof the section to make the sign more striking and warmer and make the section more convenient for passengers to shop. To well implement the daily managementof the section, ACT developed specific regulations on the management of the section, further specifying detailed requirements, and setting obligatory rules regarding the amount of the categories of store keeping units (“SKU”s) displayed, the amount of SKUs, and the amount of such supporting necessities asbiscuits, pickles and instant noodles, avoiding shortages, undersupplies and unauthorized displays, and strengthening the inspections and supervisions over each store's support to “Maximum RMB 10 Section”.
