From March 5 to May 5, Beijing Capital Airport Commercial &Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”) launches a promotional event at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport (“BCIA”) with the theme of “Date in Spring”.
Gifts of choice and adapted services
This promotional event chooses environmental friendly canvas bags with bright colors and refined tailorship as gifts to advocate the green and environmental protection philosophy. During the event, a passenger and an AIRCO member could receive this bag by spending RMB298 and RMB228 (in a singletime) respectively at any convenience store at Terminal 3 of BCIA. Besides, passengers could also receive such practical gifts as nail clippers, winebottle stoppers, blue and white porcelain sets and lip glosses by spending certain amount at Ferragamo, MaxMaraand Dunhill stores. Furthermore, in convenience stores, if a passenger buys two same designated products, he could receive a beautiful small kite. In addition, Timberland and MJS stores and YEASUN Bookstores also launch a series of special promotions. During this promotional event, which is jointly launched by ACT and Capital Airports Holding Company (“CAH”), a passenger could receive a badge of 2014 Sochi Olympic mascots by spending RMB50/time with hisvisa card.
Focusing on passengers’needs to offer convenience to passengers
This event is supported by a variety of marketing activities held by stores at different terminals. AIRCO Commecial, ACT's official WeChat platform, works together with BCIA's APP mobile client by simultaneously launching the “Message Board” online marketing event. New and existing friends of ACT could easily receive a mascot of the Chinese Year of Horse by replying “I want to leave a message” and recommending the content of the event to more than three friends. In the BCIA APP mobile client application, two products will be recommended for which customers could receive the APP online reservation service. For this promotional event, ACT cooperates with Jiangxi Branch for the first time to share the visual image and the event forms. Besides, working together with the WeChat platform of Jiangxi Airport Commerce and Trading, ACT aims to expand its advertising efforts and bring brand-new shopping experience to passengers.
Continuous efforts tobring comfort to passengers
Certain shops at Terminal 3 of BCIA will universally employ the visual elements in line with the spring atmosphere. Besides, ACT also shares the visual image and event forms with its Jiangxi Branch. To welcome the arrival of the 34th “International Consumer Rights Day” on March 15, and the official release of the newly amended Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests on the same day, ACT has started to a training program on the newly amended law since January. Meanwhile, the company also regularly carries out inspections on merchandise quality and shelf lives so as to create a comfortable and trustworthy shopping environment for passengers.
