The sales period for investment documents is from October 14, 2024 to October 25, 2024, from 9:00am to 11:30am; From 13:00 to 15:30 in the afternoon (excluding holidays, no sales after the deadline), please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal according to the designated method of the investment person.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license (registration time of business license shall not be later than September 30, 2022<inclusive>), registered capital of RMB 1 million or more<inclusive>), relevant industry license (for business licenses with special regulatory requirements by the state, such as publishing business license, food business license, drug business license, tobacco monopoly retail license, etc.), qualification certificate.
2. Proof of equity: proof of identity of the legal representative or authorization letter signed and stamped with the official seal by the legal representative; Trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand; For those who hold exclusive brand management rights or regional exclusive management rights, corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents should be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translations must also be provided).
3. Requirements for store opening experience: From Section 1 to Section 7, the total number of stores opened by the responding brand in urban areas or airports across the country should be 3 or more.
4. Proof of store experience: a contract signed by the bidding brand (which can also be a bid notification letter) or a photo of the storefront with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
