The retail resources of the exhibition and sales stores in the terminal building of Beijing Capital International Airport are now open for public investment. This investment in retail resources consists of one store and one section, with a total area of approximately 30 square meters.

The sales period for investment documents is from December 9, 2024 (Monday) to December 13, 2024 (Friday), from 9:00 am to 11:30 am; From 14:00 to 16:30 in the afternoon (excluding holidays, no sales after the deadline), please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal according to the designated method of the investment person.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license, qualification certificate (if any).
2. Proof of Equity: The trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand. If not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
