Merchants who wish to purchase the investment documents for this retail store must provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal
1、 Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license (for business licenses with special regulatory requirements by the state, such as publication operation license, food operation license, drug operation license, etc.), qualification certificate. The registration time of the business license shall not be later than July 31, 2022 (inclusive). The requirement for the paid in registered capital of the business license is to reach RMB 1 million or more (inclusive), and corresponding proof must be provided.
2、 Proof of Equity:
The trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand, if not directly authorized by the brand, must provide multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand, forming a complete closed loop of the brand authorization chain; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
For those who hold exclusive brand or regional operating rights, corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents should be provided together.
If you apply for an international brand, in addition to the legal trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), you must also provide the trademark registration certificate of an international brand legally registered outside Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). If an international brand is a trademark registered among member countries of the Madrid League (Madrid trademark), you do not need to provide the trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
3、 No illegal or irregular proof materials:
As of July 31, 2024 (inclusive), there have been no illegal records, trademark infringement, false advertising, or unfair competition in business activities within the past three years; The bank has a good reputation and no record of non-performing loans; There is a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, and no adverse record of violating national regulations or harming the rights and interests of employees.
Note: As of July 31, 2024 (inclusive), for merchants who have signed contracts with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. Harbin Branch or Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. Daqing Airport Branch within three years, the submission must meet the following requirements: ① The business behavior during the signing period meets the various management evaluation requirements of the investor; ② No negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport and Daqing Airport due to business behavior; ③ No serious violation of the lease contract.
