Recently, the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce (“BAIC”) announced to grant the “Famous Trademark of Beijing” title to Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd.(“ACT”) again.

In 2011, ACT’s “AIRCO Commercial”trademark was first evaluated as a “Famous Trademark of Beijing” by the BAIC. According to related regulations, three years after its first appraisal, each “FamousTrademark of Beijing” shall be reviewed by experts appointed by the BAIC. In June 2013, ACT submitted review documents. After the industry association and the experts appointed by the Shunyi Branch of the BAIC and the BAIC comprehensively evaluated the recognition of and the economic and social benefits generated by the trademark, “AIRCO Commercial” won the title of “FamousTrademark of Beijing” again.
