Announcement of the offering of the competitive negotiation document for part of the BCIA terminal retail project

Some store spaces at the terminals of Beijing Capital International Airport (“BCIA”) are now publicly available for retailers. The store spaces involved are located in the domestic section at Terminal 1, 2 and 3 of BCIA respectively, and cover a total area of 1153 square meters. The project covers different retail segments, including Beijing specialties, food (including imported food), fruits, products for children, suitcases& bags, travel accessories. The ultimate operators of the stores involved in the project will be determined through competitive negotiations.
We sincerely invite the enterprises that intend to participate in the project and meet the threshold requirements to buy the competitive negotiation document and to actively participate in the project's competitive negotiations. The specific arrangements for the offering of the competitive negotiation document are as below:

Each enterprise that intends to buy the competitive negotiation document shall submit the photocopies of the following qualification certificates affixed with the enterprise's common seal:
When buying the competitive negotiation document, the related qualification materials that must be presented are as below: |
Business license (The company shall be registered before December 31, 2011, while the registered capital shall be above RMB 500,000.) |

Enterprise should provide other supporting documents such as the registration of trade mark and the authorization of brand when it is an agency (N.A for fruits). |
