The sales period for investment documents is from April 14, 2025 to April 18, 2025, from 9:00am to 11:30am; From 13:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon, please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal according to the designated method of the investment person.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): business license, relevant industry license, qualification certificate.
2. Proof of Equity: The trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand. If not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The respondent's proof of store experience provided for each bidding section must be in the form of a contract signed by the bidding brand (or a winning bid notification) or a photo of the storefront with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
The specific requirements for the registration time, registered capital, and store opening experience of each section's business license are:

Note: According to the Statistical Chart of Economic and Social Development: Basic Information of the Population of Megacities and Megacities in the Seventh National Population Census released by the National Bureau of Statistics, as of November 1, 2020, there are 7 megacities and 14 megacities in China. Specifically, as follows:
1、 Mega cities refer to cities with a permanent population of over 10 million in urban areas, including 7 cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Tianjin.
