Announcement of the offering of the competitive negotiation document for the BCIA terminal retail project

Some store spaces at the terminals of Beijing Capital International Airport (“BCIA”) are now publicly available for retailers. The store spaces involved are located in the domestic section at Terminal 1, 2 and 3 of BCIA respectively, and cover a total area of 404 square meters. The project covers different retail segments, including apparel & accessories, suitcases & bags, leather products, travel accessories, healthcare products, jewelry & accessories, handicrafts, silk embroideries, tea, tobaccos and liquors. The ultimate operators of the stores involved in the project will be determined through competitive negotiations.
We sincerely invite the enterprises that intend to participate in the project and meet the threshold requirements to buy the competitive negotiation document and to actively participate in the project's competitive negotiations. The specific arrangements for the offering of the competitive negotiation document are as below:

1. All the brands that apply to the project shall be international or domestic famous brands. 2. For domestic famous brands, each corporate applicant shall present materials proving that it has set up at least three stores (except for tobacco and liquor stores) in the central business district of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. 3. Each corporate applicant shall present the trademark registration certificate of the brand that it represents, the power of attorney of the brand, and other related evidentiary materials. |
